When the valve is fully opened, the handwheel should be slightly reversed and the thread tightened to avoid loosening and damage. For specific stem valves, please remember the position of the valve stem to avoid hitting the dead center when fully open. It is convenient to check whether it is normal when it is completely closed. If the valve falls off or large sundries are embedded between the valve core seals, change the valve stem position when it is fully closed.

管道初次使用時，內部污垢較多。良工閥門可以微啟，介質的高速流動可以沖走，然后輕輕關閉(不能快速關閉.猛閉，防止殘留雜質夾傷密封面)，再次打開，重復多次，沖洗污垢，然后投入正常工作。

When the pipeline is used for the first time, there are many internal dirt. The Lianggong valve can be slightly opened, and the high-speed flow of the medium can be washed away, and then slightly closed (it cannot be closed quickly or violently to prevent the residual impurities from pinching the sealing surface), and then opened again, repeated for many times to wash the dirt, and then put into normal operation.

經常打開閥門，密封面上可能有污垢，關閉時用上述方法沖洗干凈，然后正式關閉。

Open the valve frequently, and there may be dirt on the sealing surface. When closing, flush it with the above method, and then officially close it.

良工閥門

Lianggong valve

如手輪.如果手柄損壞或丟失，應立即配齊，不得用活絡板手代替，以免損壞閥桿四方，開閉不靈，導致生產中發(fā)生事故。

For example, if the handle is damaged or lost, it should be prepared immediately. It is not allowed to use the flexible wrench to replace it, so as to avoid damage to the valve stem square and inflexible opening and closing, leading to accidents in production.

部分介質在手動閥關閉后冷卻，使閥件收縮，操作人員應在適當的時間再次關閉，使密封面無細縫，否則介質從細縫高速流動，容易侵蝕密封面。

Part of the medium cools down after the manual valve is closed to make the valve shrink. The operator should close it again at an appropriate time to make the sealing surface free of fine seams. Otherwise, the medium flows from the fine seams at high speed and is easy to erode the sealing surface.

操作過程中，如果發(fā)現操作過于困難，應分析原因。如果填料太緊，可以適當放松。如果閥桿傾斜，應通知人員進行維修。有些閥門在關閉狀態(tài)下加熱膨脹，難以打開；如果此時必須打開，可以將閥蓋螺紋擰松半圈到一圈，消除閥桿應力，然后移動手輪。

During the operation, if the operation is found to be too difficult, the cause shall be analyzed. If the packing is too tight, it can be properly loosened. If the valve stem is inclined, notify the personnel for maintenance. Some valves are difficult to open due to heating expansion under closed state; If the valve must be opened at this time, loosen the bonnet thread by half a turn to one turn to relieve the stress on the valve stem, and then move the handwheel.
